This is a fantastic hotel; the rooms are excellent—spotlessly clean and offering a very soothing view of the river. The food is delicious, and the staff is simply the best—no amount of praise is enough for them.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and cleanliness was completely out of the picture. The overall hygiene and maintenance were far below expectations, making the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve housekeeping and cleanliness.
